Less Time Wasted
I can’t post a picture right now but since plans aren’t set in stone I’m still messing with the head, gluing loose parts and making sure it’s all firm. I’ll be coating it all with Fiberglass Resin, while I slowly work on the body. If I have the time, I might even be able to get the eyes cut out from plexiglass and heat it so I can shape them in place. After the eyes are set, I can put the face mask in place. There’s a lot more to be done with the head (excluding bondo/sand/paint stages) but that will be explained when I get around to doing it.
In other news, I’m starting to see (or find, at least) more people working on mecha cosplays. This is really encouraging to see the progress of others, I’d like to share mine but I think it would be better as soon as I fix up the ears and the crest more. You’ll know when I’ll be sharing progress off-site (not on the blog).
